FFOSSO uses a two-pane layout.
To the left, you always see the navigation rail, which gives you access to all areas of the software. It always stays the same, with the same elements visible, but will adjust its color scheme to the loaded instrument. So no worries if your colors look a bit different depending on which instrument you’ve loaded.

The larger area to the right will change depending on which view you’re in.
