User account

The account page lets you manage your account, including profile information and subscription status.

Profile picture
Click on the picture to upload your own profile picture.

Log out
If you want to log out from FFOSSO, for example because you want to log in on another system, you can do this here.

Manage subscription
If you’re a Pro user, manage subscription will take you to the manage subscription page in your default browser.
If you’re a Free user, the button will say “Get Pro”, and will take you to our website in your default browser to subscribe.

Account information
Here you can enter a nickname, which will be used for identifying your own instruments.
Your real name, which you enter below, is not used publicly anywhere.
If you need to change your email address, please contact FFOSSO support.

Reset password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

Export account data
Here you can ask for a full export of all your account data. You will be led to a dedicated website for this.

Delete profile
If you wish to fully delete your FFOSSO profile, here’s where you do it.
You will be led to a dedicated website with instructions to fully delete your profile with all its associated data.
This is irreversible.

Improvement Tracking
If enabled, FFOSSO will track pseudonymised usage data based on your login session. We will only count when you open FFOSSO, download or open an instrument, or log in/out. No personal data is collected at any time, and this data is only used for statistics.
If you disable this option, FFOSSO will track no data.
