1. Select a subscription plan by clicking on “select plan”
2. Enter your data and payment information
After clicking “select plan”, you will then be taken to a page of the payment service provider Stripe, where you can select your preferred payment method. Here you can enter your payment information, your billing address and any TAX IDs / VAT No. After entering a VAT No., click on “apply”. You can also enter any voucher codes here and apply them to your purchase using the “apply” button. We offer you the option of paying by credit card. After entering your details, click on the “Subscribe” button to initiate the payment.
3. Order and contract confirmation
For your information, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail from us, which lists your order once again. With this e-mail we also confirm the conclusion of the contract.
4. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of our services and products in our online store does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order you submit a binding offer to us.
We offer you the option of paying by “credit card”. The contract is concluded when you have completed the payment process with our payment service provider Stripe by clicking on “Pay” and the payment is initiated by your credit card provider or Paypal with your authorization.

We offer you the following options for paying for our products via our payment service provider:
a. Payment by credit card
If you have selected the “credit card” option, enter your card details in the corresponding input mask. The payment will then be processed via Stripe and your credit card provider.
7. Storage of the contract text
We save the text of the contract and send you the contract documents by e-mail.
8. Statutory liability for defects
If you purchase as a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB), your order is subject to the statutory warranty rights for digital content and digital services under Sections 327 et seq. BGB. These rights apply in addition to any contractual rights and cannot be excluded or limited.
For all services that you order as a entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB), your order is subject to the statutory warranty rights for entrepreneuers, unless otherwise stipulated in our FOSSO Terms and Conditions.

10. Complaints/online dispute resolution
If you have cause for complaint, you can enter your complaint on the online dispute resolution website provided by the European Commission. Your complaint will then be forwarded to us. 10. Consumer arbitration
